Meet Lem, the AI hiring agent. Unlike you, he loves sourcing candidates and reviewing mountains of applications. He's flippin' good at it, too.

The problem
AI broke hiring.
It's removed the effort hurdle, polished every CV to perfection, and unleashed a tsunami of applications.
What Lemonade does
Lemonade finds, screens and introduces the people worth your time.
Lem listens to your brief, then lets you get back to your day job whilst he ransacks lemon groves across the land in search of your perfect candidate. When he finds them, he'll introduce you.
How it works
From brief to introduction.

Describe the role to Lem, and the job spec builds itself.
Every great search starts with an accurate brief. Converse with Lem as you would a headhunter, or attach the spec. Lem helps you pin down who you really need. A strength check shows what to add before the role goes live.
Lem hunts day and night for the best candidates.
A job advert only reaches people who are looking that week. Lem works three routes at once, starting within minutes of payment and running every day of the 30-day Search Period.
Lem reviews people he already knows.
Lem is already helping thousands of people find their next role and knows them deeply.
Lem approaches top candidates directly.
Many strong candidates are busy in another job. Lem finds those people and asks if they are interested.
Lem screens the mountain of applicants.
The role is posted on Lemonade, Google for Jobs, and on LinkedIn (if you choose).
We'll introduce candidates you'd never find on your own.
Lem already knows available candidates at great companies.
What lands in your shortlist
Every candidate is scored against your brief, and we show our reasoning.
The brief becomes a weighted checklist.
Your critical requirements carry the most weight in the score.
Deal-breakers are set as hard filters.
Nice-to-haves add to a score without ruling anyone out.
Gaps are shown as plainly as strengths.
Each report marks what is met, partial, missing and still unknown.

Who it is for
Hiring often lands on someone with a day job. Lemonade takes over the legwork.
Founders
There is no recruiter to hand it to, and every hour spent hiring comes out of running the business.
One conversation with Lem starts a search beyond the applicants, including people who are not looking, with no hire fee.
Hiring managers
The gap in the team adds to the workload, and the applications land on top of the day job.
Candidates arrive scored against the brief with clear reasoning, so the review is a shortlist, not a pile of CVs.
Talent teams
There are too many open roles to search proactively on each one, and every application now reads as polished.
Each role gets its own daily search beyond the applicants, and every candidate is screened against the same weighted requirements.

FAQ
Here are the questions people ask before they post a role.
Email contact@makelemonade.io with anything else.
The only extra is optional LinkedIn promotion, charged at cost plus 5%. Unspent budget is refunded, and the 5% is not. There is nothing to pay when you hire, however many people you take on.
The search stops, and nothing renews by itself. Renewal is £250 for another 30 days and is not refundable. Renewing ends the first period's refund, so claim before you renew.
A short description, the score, why they fit and a career history with no names. People we find hear from Lemonade by email, up to three times over four days, stopping the moment they answer.
A confidential role never names your company on its job page or when we approach people. Candidates see an anonymised listing and learn who you are when you request an intro.
There is no direct integration. Send any candidate's pack, with their CV and screening report, to your ATS inbox by email, or download the shortlist as a spreadsheet or an ATS import file.
Lemonade covers roles based in the UK. The search and the screening run on your brief rather than a fixed list of job types.
